Neil George is proud to be a partner with the Green Print Alliance.  Thus far, we have planted 150 trees to offset the production of our mask boxes. We are committed to fighting deforestation with sustainability. Based on a 2006 sample of the world's animal and plant species, the World Conservation Union has calculated that 40 percent of all organisms are now considered endangered. Deforestation is the result of indiscriminate removal of trees without balanced reforestation. The results of deforestation are profound, causing the displacement of indigenous people, declines in wildlife habitat and reduced biodiversity. 70% of the earth's land animals and plants live in forests. Sustainability is the characteristic of a process that can be maintained at a certain level indefinitely. Sustainability requires the prudent use of resources in balance with our current needs without compromising the needs of future generations to meet their needs. Sustainability also requires giving back to the environment. The timber that is harvested to facilitate our needs should be balanced by the planting of new trees, replacing the ones taken.
