SpaceNK UK has launched Neil George Hair Care

It's SO exciting for us to launch in the UK SpaceNK locations! Both Neil and I are from the UK, and it makes us very proud to say we've gone back to our roots ( in a sense!). So far we're a hit over there across the pond, and we couldn't be happier. We're also very thankful for the incredible press pieces we've received in the UK as well. Thanks to our great partner SpaceNK, we're a success and we've "gone back home"!

Training nights

Hello, my name is Eleazar Baltazar and I've been the cutting educator for the advanced training program for the Neil George salon now for 5 months and it has been amazing! Neil and Amanda (owners of the Neil George salon of course) brought me in to provide extra education for the assistants who work very hard to hopefully have a station of their own someday in a salon full of talented and artistic people. The environment alone makes clients want to come back. So to be able to experience that for only $15 as a haircut model(prices slightly higher as a color model) is a gift from the ecomonic gods! as long as you have an extra 1 1/2-2hrs available on a tuesday night (models are scheduled at 7pm and 8:15pm on training nights, by appointment only (775)313-1395) you can get one of the best haircuts of your life! You don't have to worry about getting some crazy cookie cutter haircut where you don't have a say in what you get, we treat you like a regular client that's paying $200 for a cut so your opinion matters. New Neil George Products! And how the Neil George staff loves to use them...

We've recently launched 3 new Neil George products- Indian gooseberry treatment oil, detangle nourishment spray, and volumizing spray. We've gotten some tips from our top stylists on just how they love to use them. Alissa Tietgen loves our oil- "I love to use the indian gooseberry treatment oil on dry hair- when you're finished with your blowdry, just spread a pea sized amount on your hands, and run it through the ends of your hair for a great smooth finish. It also works wonders on damp hair, for a pre-blowdry smoother or even if you're air drying."

As far as the volume spray, stylist Anh Co Tran is a fan. "The volumizing spray gives great bounce and body, while keeping the hair shiny. You just spritz at the roots of damp hair and a bit through the ends for added volume. It's great for anyone seeking that extra oomph!"

Our colorists, one of them being Kacey Welch, love the products too. " I love to use the detangle nourishment spray after my clients are finished with color. It gives them back some of the moisture that hair eneds after color. The UV protectant is also a saver for color fading." What's your favorite way to use the Neil George products?
